Our Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure the highest quality products at affordable prices. Should there be any quality issues with your printed job, please contact us and we will issue a free reprint if we can.

Despite our best efforts, certain factors are beyond our control, and unfortunately cannot be covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee:
Shipping and turnaround delays (including bad weather or mechanical failure).
Spelling errors made by customers when entering order information.
Low resolution or bad quality files provided by the customer.
Errors introduced by the customer in the artwork design process.
Jugement calls in regards to the design process (choice of colour, size of font, colour contrast…).

We reserve the right to have the client return the original order before reprinting an order. Reprints must be requested within 15 days of delivery of defect orders.

We strongly recommend that you review the top 10 printing problems to avoid any problems with your order.

Artwork review

After the initial order is placed and your files have been successfully uploaded, we will review your files at no charge. Please note that we will only check your files for items that would prevent the job from being printed such as resolution, bleed, colour mode and mask files (for post process options like Spot UV and embossing).

Unless you ask for it, we will not give any opinion regarding the aesthetic quality of the artwork (visual aspect, font size, choice of colour and contrast etc.). The client (or his graphic designer) is responsible for colour conversion choices as well as the overall quality of the artwork.

Please note that due to the large volume of orders received, up to 24 hours should be allowed for your files to be checked. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via email.

Colours

All reasonable efforts will be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on customer’s work, but variation is inherent in the print process. We guarantee that our prints will meet CMYK industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee “match-print” color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer’s computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears on your monitor. We do not do colour match PMS colours for CMYK process printing.

Many factors beyond our control may affect the colours, such as paper texture and absorption, colour of paper, type of printing process, laminating and coating. Variation in colour throughout the same job is normal and may not be avoided with some color tones, particularly on large solid areas.

If you have any questions or concerns about colours, please send us your artwork and we will be happy to give you some advice if we can.

Returns/Refund/Reprint

Due to the automated and fast-paced run process, it is not guaranteed that we can change or cancel your order once it is placed. Changes cannot be made and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they enter into production.

We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers’ feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as any time you place an order with GOTOPRESS the current Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy will apply.
We guarantee that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. You may contact our Customer Service Department and an GOTOPRESS representative will be pleased to help address any general issues you may have with your print job.
If you believe your print job is defective or has not otherwise met your requirements please contact GOTOPRESS, IN WRITING via the email, within six (6) business days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this time frame we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. Once you have contacted us, we will then have five (5) business days to determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry and it is not provided within five (5) business days, we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. If we determined that a product is in fact defective or has not otherwise met our obligations, one of the following two resolutions will be offered:
1. We will reprint the print job with priority.
2. We will refund the original order price.
We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise prior to either of the above resolutions being agreed to.
A Customer Service representative will generally contact you within 24-48 hours of us making the determination that a reprint or refund is appropriate in order to confirm the approved solution. If you do not make contact with our representative within five (5) business days of their first attempt to contact you with the approved solution we will assume that the issue has been otherwise resolved and no reprint or refund will be given. Once the approved solution is agreed then, unless we agree otherwise, you must return the entire original print order to us, at the address provided by our Customer Service representative, within 15 calendar days after the date the solution is approved. If you do not return it within this time frame you agree that the original order will be charged against your credit card on file with GOTOPRESS.
A refund or reprint will only be possible after an approved solution has been authorized and, unless we agree otherwise, provided that the entire original print order has been returned to and received by us.
When applicable, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the original product order.
The forgoing is GOTOPRESS sole responsibility with respect to a defective order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOTOPRESS is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if GOTOPRESS has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the order.
The following are some guidelines and examples of issues that do not constitute grounds for a refund, or a return or reprint of a product:
• An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders.
(We will reship the product at the customer’s expense if requested).
• The product is lost, delayed or returned to GOTOPRESS due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. (For product that is later found or that is returned to us we will reship the package with a corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment).
• Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
• Product that incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
• Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.
• Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors.
• Errors that are contained in the uploaded customer file, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size. GOTOPRESS does not any changes on customer files.
• Product that experiences print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and/or in CMYK mode.
• Products that do not exactly match color or ink density. GOTOPRESS does not color match or match customer specified ink density.
• An inability to print or write on the product, unless the product description states otherwise. A typical UV coated product cannot be printed or written upon. Matte finished products may or may not accept printing or writing. We recommend that you order a sample from us and test it using the printer you will use before placing a final order. GOTOPRESS is not responsible for an inability to print or write on a Product, unless the product specifically states that it is suitable for this purpose.
• Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error.
• Orders that are canceled after the order has entered into production (or any process thereafter).
• Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended. It is a customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time when placing an order for time sensitive materials.
• A customer’s violation of any of the terms and conditions governing the use of GOTOPRESS website and/or ordering of product.
• Viruses, worms, trojan horses and other forms of harmful or malicious code that are not detected or removed using GOTOPRESS standard virus/malicious code detection procedures.
• Loss, corruption of, or damage to your personal information, Customer Content, order history or related information that is stored by GOTOPRESS.
• Our failure to notify you of any delay, loss or damage in connection with your printed products or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice.
• The release of an order by the shipper without obtaining a signature.
Please note that GOTOPRESS provision of advice, assistance or guidance either on this Website or via our Customer Service representatives does not constitute an acceptance of responsibility or liability for any problems that may arise in connection with any print order or services provided.

Order Cancellation

A print order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production an GOTOPRESS Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services. All cancellations must be completed VIA email.

Approval/Proof

Unless you make a special request, we will not send a proof. If a proof is required, please contact us as soon as possible. Virtual digital proofs are free of charge but will delay turnaround. At this time, we don’t offer hard copy proofs.

GOTOPRESS has and assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order. Even if an GOTOPRESS customer service representative has inquired as to the attributes of one of your prior orders, you are not entitled nor should you assume that GOTOPRESS will review any other order you place. Orders are printed in their “as submitted” form and the customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the print process. GOTOPRESS DOES NOT make any changes on customer files. Once you submit an order to the print process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. GOTOPRESS will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as misspelling, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, etc.
GOTOPRESS does not provide proofs of any order unless the customer requests it as part of the order process and it is an option available for the product. If you request a proof then it is your responsibility to verify the proof against the original (and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc).
If a proof is requested, then your job will not be processed or deemed production ready until you have approved the proof in writing. Please be aware that this may impact the job turnaround time.

Turnaround times

GOTOPRESS standard turnaround is dependent on the product ordered; if you do not specify otherwise you will be charged for standard turnaround for the relevant product.

Our turnaround times begin only after an order has been approved. Orders are considered “approved” and are put into production only when all files have been correctly submitted and when the order is fully paid.

All turnarounds are measured in business days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during which we are closed, are not considered production days. Turnaround times refer solely to production. Shipping transit is not included. Please read this article for more information on how to count turnaround times.

Improperly prepared files, file omissions and errors that interfere with our ability to produce your job will delay turnaround.

For your convenience, depending on the product ordered, GOTOPRESS offers a variety of different production turnaround times. Not all of the following turnaround times are offered on every product; the available turnaround times will be listed with product as part of the order process.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Next Business Day — all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 10:00 a.m. will be ready by the end of the next business day. Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 10:00 a.m. will be treated as having been received before 10:00 a.m. the following business day.
• Next Day Plus 1 – – all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 1:00 p.m. will be ready the by the end of the second business day after receipt. Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 1:00 p.m. will be treated as having been received before 1:00 p.m. the following business day.
• 2-4 Day — all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 1:00 p.m. will be ready between 1:00 p.m. the second business day after receipt and 1:00 p.m. on the fourth business day after receipt.
• 5-7 Day — all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 1:00 p.m. will be ready between 1:00 p.m. the fifth day after receipt and 1:00 p.m. on the seventh day after receipt.
Please note: Turnaround times for jobs that GOTOPRESS does not deem production ready (e.g., those with problems or that require a proof) will not begin until the job is approved and ready for production.

Variations In Quantity

All efforts will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered. However, some variation is inherent in the print process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that minor variations can occur. A 5% over-run or 5% under-run of ordered quantities is considered reasonable. We will credit you accordingly for any quantities beyond this tolerance limit.

Copyright is the lifeblood of any visual artist. The granting of licenses for third parties to use photographs/designs/publication artworks is the basis for the business of any photographer/designer.

Image usage terms
All of the images used for packaging/marketing or for publication are copyrighted by Gotopress – Gotopress.ca Made In Canada unless otherwise credited. All rights are reserved, and no usage or reproduction of any type may be made of any image taken/made by or copyrighted to Gotopress without the express permission of Gotopress or one of his accredited agents.

Any usage is made under the following terms and conditions, and the use of any image, whether authorized or not, indicates a complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1). Any reproduction of any image may only be made on payment of a license or usage fee. This license or usage fee must be agreed upon in advance and express permission granted before any reproduction.

2). Gotopress only offers Rights Managed licenses, where the fee is set depending on the usage, and territory of that usage. The license fee for any image, packaging/molds/dielines is based upon the standard design/image quote price estimator.

3). The right to a credit is asserted In accordance with the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1998, and every image reproduction must be adequately credited. Should a client wish to reproduce any image without credit, then this may be granted in advance at the sole discretion of Gotopress, but at a usage fee equivalent to license fee +100%

4). Should any image be reproduced without adequate credit, and without prior express agreement from Gotopress, then the usage fee will be equivalent to a license fee +150%.

5). Gotopress asserts all of his Moral Rights in accordance with the Copyrights, Designs, and Patents Act 1998. This includes, but is not limited to the right to object to derogatory treatment of any image or body of images. The right to object to derogatory treatment includes, but is not limited to the absolute right to decide where his work is reproduced. At his sole discretion, Gotopress may refuse the right for any reproduction of his images, for any reason, where in his opinion, that reproduction may be deemed to imply an endorsement of, or link with any product, opinion, or political view. Under certain circumstances, and at his sole discretion, Gotopress may waive this right for a usage fee equivalent to a license fee +500%

6). Any usage or license fee applied to any unauthorized use of any image does not necessarily grant any rights for any continued usage of that image. Gotopress, at his sole discretion, reserves the right to charge a usage fee for any usage to date, and then also demands the immediate removal or deletion of any image, or the recall destruction of any publication including, but not limited to any brochures, leaflets magazines or advertisements. Gotorpress will not be liable for any losses incurred through the enforcement of this clause in any way, and this clause does not limit or affect any of the conditions set out in this agreement.

Shipping Policy And Guidelines

We reserve the right to update and revise these Shipping Policy and Guidelines without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers’ feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as anytime you place an order with GOTOPRESS the current Shipping Policy and Guidelines will apply.
GOTOPRESS (“GOTOPRESS “) ships all packages via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL. Our standard shipping level is UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL Ground, but you may elect to use an alternative method of UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL shipping during the ordering process. Our shipping charges are based on the rates charged by UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL as they may vary from time to time. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the print products to our shipping carrier. If you elect to pick up your order, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you (or your agent) take possession of the order. If you take advantage of our local delivery option, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you (or your agent) accept delivery, or when we leave the order if delivery without a signature has been authorized.
Unfortunately, we cannot use a customer’s personal account with UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL or any other carrier.
The estimated delivery time for any given shipment will vary according to the method of shipping you choose and/or by your location. Please note that although we make an effort to meet the estimated delivery times, because we use a third party shipping service we are not able to guaranty a specific delivery date or time. If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.
When you place an order, you will be provided with the GOTOPRESS production site where your order will be processed. We have company owned production sites located across the Canada, U.S., South Korea and your job will generally be allocated to provide the most efficient shipping based on your chosen delivery location. Certain product offerings, however, require production at a specific production site and the shipping time and charges will be calculated based on that location.
If you select a shipping service level other than UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL Ground the delivery date will correspond to the service level chosen. Again, the delivery date does not include the day of pickup. If you select 3 Day Select, 2nd Air Day, Next Day Air, or some other UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL special delivery level (or their equivalent) this means that UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL is guaranteeing its shipping service within the time period selected. Note that only these special accelerated shipping services are guaranteed by UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL within the UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL time frames given. UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL Ground is NOT guaranteed to deliver within the estimated arrival time.
If you have dated or time sensitive material please plan accordingly; leave plenty of time to receive your order. We strongly suggest that in such circumstances you do not rely on UPS , FedEx, Purolator, DHL Ground delivery.
GOTOPRESS will ship to a destination outside of the Canada and U.S.; however, it may be necessary to separately estimate the shipping method and costs. You may be able to enter the destination in order to receive an estimate of the shipping costs, but you should contact GOTOPRESS (or UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL) to receive an estimate of the shipping time involved. All pricing for international shipments is in U.S. dollars. Our pricing includes product and shipping costs only; customs duties and other costs incurred as a result of international shipping are in addition to our costs and you are separately responsible for these costs. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain international locations.
We reserve the right to change the site initially allocated to the production of your order. (For example, equipment failure, natural disaster or order volumes may impact our production capacity requirements necessitating a change in site). Should this happen, you may be informed by email and it may impact your estimated shipping time, etc.
Our shipping process cannot generally accommodate the aggregation of multiple print orders for shipping purposes; each discrete product ordered will be shipped separately, will require a separate shipping charge, will have its own estimated shipping time, and may arrive on a different date to other products you have ordered. If you are ordering multiple products, it is possible that these may also require different production sites and the estimated shipping time may vary for each separate product. If you are ordering a specially priced package of products, there will be only one shipping charge incurred, however, the individual products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If the receipt of multiple products is time sensitive please plan accordingly as we cannot guaranty that multiple product orders will be received on the same delivery date.

Payments

All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in Canadian dollars. GOTOPRESS presently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, E-transfers, or wire Transfers. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.
In order for you to register with and order products and services from GOTOPRESS it is necessary for you to provide and keep on file a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use. By submitting a credit card number to GOTOPRESS you are representing and warranting that the credit card information you provide is valid, authentic, current, and one that you are authorized to use it. You agree that in the event the credit card information you have provided becomes invalid, out of date or that you are no longer authorized to use the card, you will immediately provide another credit card number that is valid, authentic and current, and which you are authorized to use. Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization. You will be notified by an GOTOPRESS customer service representative if extended processing is required to complete your transaction request through our Website. This may affect to your estimated delivery date.
Unless GOTOPRESS agrees otherwise, all product and service orders must be paid for at the time of the order and accompanied by an authorization to charge a credit card on file with GOTOPRESS or to charge a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use, that you provide at the time of the order. (If new credit card information is provided at the time of the order it will be added to the credit card information kept on file; GOTOPRESS will not assume that previously provided credit card information is not valid). If a charge against a credit card you provide is not authorized or accepted, or is subsequently refused or rejected, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability.
In the event that GOTOPRESS and you have agreed upon an alternative method of payment and the payment is not received within 5 business days of the date on which payment was due you hereby irrevocably agree that GOTOPRESS may charge one or more of the credit card(s) you have on file for the full amount of your outstanding account balance. GOTOPRESS no longer accepts cheques. We removed cheques or draft cheques as a method of payment to receive/deposit and/or as partial payments as of March 1st, 2022. We’ve put together some information to help you make the change to other more convenient and secure options. (Any cheques that you have issued after 31 March 2022 will not be able to be deposited). To help transition to online and sustainability banking, we encourage customers to choose one of their preferred methods of payment via E-transfer to: “support@gotopress.ca” or Bank Wirering. (Kindly, email your regional sales representative to provide you with GOTOPRESS Bank Wirering details and complete your payments).

Understanding fees for refunded payments

Depending on Stripe fee schedule, refunds may incur fees, and Stripe’s processing fees from the original transaction won’t be returned. Additional fees may apply in some regions and payment types.

Depending on Stripe fee schedule, you may incur fees to refund a charge. Additionally, Stripe’s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned in case of a refund payment.

A large portion of the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa and Mastercard). These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees.

Stripe aims to make pricing simple and transparent, and Stripe standard fees include access to a variety of features. To address these underlying payment processing costs and continue providing these services as part of our marchand processing standard pricing, Stripe, GOTOPRESS marchand processing provider does not return our/your fees when a payment is refunded.

Site Use

You are being provided with a limited license to use this Website and Site Content solely for the purpose of assessing the product and service offerings on the Website, and placing orders for the products and services offered by GOTPRESS via this Website. You are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under a patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary right of GOTPRESS or any third party. You may not use any meta-tags or other “hidden text” utilizing GOTPRESS name or trademarks without GOTPRESS express written consent. Unless you receive GOTPRESS express written consent, you may not:
• resell or make any other commercial use of this Website (or any portion thereof), or the Site Content;
• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or convert into a readable format, any part of this Website or its underlying HTML or other code (except as it may be interpreted and displayed by web browser for purposes of using the Website).
• copy, imitate, mirror, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, perform, post or transmit any Site Content (including any GOTPRESS trademarks) in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise;
• make a derivative use of the Website and/or any Site Content; or
• utilize data mining, gathering or extraction methods such as bots, spiders, or other automated tools (whether directly or indirectly) to collect information from the Website or any user of the Website.
You agree to abide by these Site Terms and not to use the products and services offered by GOTPRESS for any improper, illegal, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of improper solicitation.
GOTPRESS may terminate this license and your use of or access to this Website if you make or permit any unauthorized use of this Website or the information, Site Content, services, products and materials contained in or offered through this Website. Such actions by you may also violate applicable law including, without limitation, copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes. We reserve the right to have all violators prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Registration

In order to take advantage of the full functionality of this Website and to order products and services it will be necessary for you to register and establish a membership account with GOTPRESS. In the event that updated, new, additional and/or enhanced features are added to this Website, previously registered users will not generally be required to re-register, however, you may be required to re-acknowledge these Terms and use and/or other terms and use that may accompany these new features, updates and/or enhancements.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself (and your company) as requested during the registration process. You also agree to update and maintain your account information so that it remains accurate and current.
As part of the registration process, you will be required to create a User ID and choose a password. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password and to keep it confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and password. If you believe your User ID/password has been compromised in any way you should immediately change it by logging on to your account and then following the instructions for changing your password. You agree that you will immediately notify GOTPRESS in the event you become aware of any unauthorized use of your user ID and password.

Customer Provided Content

For certain product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, “Customer Content”) to GOTPRESS for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to GOTPRESS you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold GOTPRESS and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by GOTPRESS in defending against such suit, demand or claim.
GOTPRESS does not maintain Customer Content indefinitely. Customer Content uploaded to the Website with an associated order will be kept on file for a period of up to fifteen (15) days. At the end of that time it may be deleted and irretrievable. Please note that Customer Content uploaded to GOTPRESS cannot be used to re-order an additional print job; it is only maintained for reprint purposes.
You agree that you will not send, upload, post or otherwise transmit to GOTPRESS any Customer Content that contains material that: (i) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene; (ii) which invades another person’s privacy; (iii) which would further the commission or concealment of a crime; (iv) advocates or urges treason, insurrection, sedition or forcible resistance to any law of Canada; (v) is not lawfully yours to transmit; (vi) is the subject of, or which infringes upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right or other intellectual property right of another person or entity; (vii) contains software viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or that in any other way would way interfere with or disrupt the services and/or production of GOTPRESS and/or or any servers or networks connected to or used in connection with the delivery of such service and production.
You acknowledge that GOTPRESS does not pre-screen Customer Content, but that GOTPRESS reserves the right to do so at any time and that GOTPRESS and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Customer Content and/or to refuse to fulfill a print job or order that violates these Site Terms or that may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that GOTPRESS may preserve Customer Content and may also disclose Customer Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Site Terms; (c) respond to claims that the Customer Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of GOTPRESS, its employees, users and the public in general.

Uploaded Content Requirements
We strongly recommend that content uploaded to GOTPRESS for print fulfillment is:
• At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which GOTPRESS does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.
• Designed in CMYK and uploaded to GOTPRESS in CMYK with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and GOTPRESS is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).
• Regardless of the upload of Customer Content to this Website, and/or the inclusion of Customer Content into any product or service offered through this Website, GOTPRESS, retains all of its rights in and to all Site Content on this Website, whether created by, for or on behalf of GOTPRESS.
